1. Data We Collect

• Discord User Data: Discord user IDs for verifications, roles, and server settings.
• RSI Handle Information: Collected via /verify or /local_verify; public RSI data may be fetched via SENTRY.
• Server Configuration Data: Role mappings, welcome messages, dynamic VC, action log settings.
• Command Usage Data: Logged for functionality and troubleshooting.
• Portal Account Data: Email, password hash, optional Discord/RSI links.

2. How We Use Your Data

Data is used solely to provide verification, role management, server features, and support/improvement of NAVCOM AI.

3. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored securely with access controls. Server configuration is deleted when the bot is removed from a server.

4. Data Sharing

We query the SENTRY API for publicly available RSI data. We may disclose data if required by law.

5. Your Rights

Use /check_verification, /remove_verification, or admin local remove commands. Removing the bot deletes server-specific data.

6. Children’s Privacy

Not intended for children under 13.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
