By using NAVCOM AI ("the Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service. NAVCOM AI enhances Star Citizen guild servers with RSI verification, role management, and community tools.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Adding the bot or using its commands constitutes acceptance. Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised Terms.
2. Use of the Bot
You may use verification, role management, SENTRY lookups, dynamic voice, welcome messages, action logs, and related features in compliance with Discord’s Terms and applicable law.
3. Prohibited Activities
- Unlawful activities or abuse/spam of features
- Harassment or falsifying verifications
- Reverse-engineering or interfering with the bot or SENTRY integration
- Unauthorized access to servers or user data
4. User Responsibilities
Provide accurate RSI handles, configure the bot carefully, and keep your Discord server secure.
5. Limitation of Liability
NAVCOM AI is provided "as is" and is currently in beta. We are not liable for damages arising from use, including data loss or role mismanagement. SENTRY data accuracy is not guaranteed by NAVCOM AI.
6. Termination
We may suspend service for Terms or Discord policy violations. You may remove the bot at any time; server-specific data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.
7. Beta Status
Features may change during beta. Live configuration docs: navcom.ai/docs.
8. Intellectual Property
NAVCOM AI and related materials are the intellectual property of its developers.
9. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the United States.
