NAVCOM AI is a Discord bot built for Star Citizen guilds. It links Discord accounts to RSI.com identities, assigns roles from org membership and rank, and gives admins a web portal for configuration—so your server stays trusted without manual busywork.
What it does
In plain terms
- Members prove their RSI handle via a one-time bio code (
/verify). - NAVCOM assigns Discord roles from your org and rank mappings when they verify or when membership changes.
- Nicknames can reflect RSI handle or display name, with optional org tags and a verification checkmark.
- Admins configure everything in the web portal or with Discord slash commands—same settings either way.
- Optional tools: welcome messages, dynamic voice channels, action logs, and Comm-Link news posts.
Player and org data comes from the SENTRY intelligence API (operated by Wild Knight Squadron; not affiliated with Cloud Imperium Games).
Beta: NAVCOM AI is under active development. Features are production-tested with real communities;

Map org SIDs and ranks 0–5 to Discord roles. Choose whether membership and ranks apply to the main org only or every org.
Web portal
Tabbed server settings for verification, nicknames, orgs, voice, welcome messages, and action logs—no hunting through slash menus.
Welcome flow
Custom welcome channel messages with Discord markdown, {user} mentions, and #channel-name auto-links.
Dynamic voice
Starter voice channels that spawn temporary rooms (Squad 01, Squad 02…) and clean up when empty.
Action log
Optional staff channel for verifies, role changes, nicknames, welcomes, VC events, joins, and config changes—fully toggleable.
Get started
Three steps to a verified community
Create a portal account
Register at navcom.ai, verify your email, then link Discord from the dashboard.
Install the bot
Open Manage servers in the portal and install NAVCOM on guilds where you have Administrator.
Configure roles
Set the verified role, map your org SID and ranks, then invite members to /verify.
